Disneyland Hotel stands at the entrance to Disneyland Park, within walking distance of the Disney Parks, which makes it a natural base for a stay in Chessy. The Victorian-style hotel reopened in 2024 after renovation works, and its Disney Royal Stories theme extends to Signature Suites drawn from Cinderella, Frozen, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast. A Royal Greeter meets arrivals in the lobby, and Castle Club guests reach the park by a private lift.

Why it stands out

  • Set at the entrance to Disneyland Park, within walking distance of the parks
  • Signature Suites themed on Cinderella, Frozen, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast
  • Fine dining at La Forêt Secrète, with menus by chef Jean Imbert
  • Castle Club private lift gives direct access to Disneyland Park
  • Spa by Clarins with treatments designed for children aged 6 to 16

At the gates of Disneyland Park

Disneyland Hotel sits at the entrance to Disneyland Park, between Main Street Station and Fantasia Gardens, and the Disney Parks lie within walking distance. The hotel has its own dedicated entrance to Disneyland Park. As of October 2026 its services also include Extra Magic Time, which lets guests into one or both Disney Parks before official opening times; the opening time, duration and parks concerned vary.

Castle Club guests have a further shortcut: a private lift provides direct access to Disneyland Park. Their Castle Club Lounge looks out towards Sleeping Beauty Castle and stays open all day for soft drinks.

The hotel car park is reserved for Disneyland Hotel guests, with alternative parking nearby for other visitors, and the hotel provides a concierge and a free luggage service. On arrival, each guest receives a MagicPass, a secure card that holds Disney Park tickets, Meal Plan vouchers and the room key, and can also be used to charge certain purchases to the room.

The hotel was first conceived as a decorative element marking the park entrance before evolving into a full hotel in the style of 1890s Victorian architecture, and its creators drew on the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. The Disney Imagineers were assisted by the architecture firm Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo of Newport Beach, California. The walls are pink rather than white, to suit the different light under European skies, a colour accentuated when the hotel was repainted in 2006. Three buildings make up the hotel: two U-shaped wings to the east and west frame a rectangular central block, all three topped with octagonal turrets under dark pink roofs, and the ground floor of the central building serves as the entrance to the park.

Signature Suites drawn from the fairy tales

Every room category celebrates royal Disney stories: the hotel speaks of unique artworks in its elegantly decorated chambers, a special magic touch at bedtime in the Deluxe Rooms, and artwork with touches of majestic magic in the Castle Club rooms. Deluxe Suites, with spacious, immersive interiors, are available for arrivals from April 2027.

Each Signature Suite stages one fairy tale. In the Cinderella Signature Suite, magical flourishes keep shining long after midnight, glass slipper included. The Frozen Signature Suite has indoor 'snowing' effects, and in the Rapunzel Signature Suite a magical golden flower glows while lanterns glide past the window.

The Sleeping Beauty Signature Suite lets guests choose the colour of Aurora's dress, pink or blue, and the Beauty and the Beast Signature Suite stays enchanted for good: here the last petal never falls. All the Signature Suites are reserved only through Disney's experts.

The Princely Suite takes its inspiration from the 2017 live-action film Beauty and the Beast and looks over Disneyland Park. The Royal Suite, which the hotel describes as its grandest, is inspired by Elsa's Ice Palace and has a balcony overlooking Disneyland Park.

Two experiences add services and a private lounge. The Deluxe Experience combines a Deluxe Room or Suite with a personalised welcome at a private reception and concierge desk, a breakfast buffet with themed Tea Time treats, and the Deluxe Lounge, a private retreat overlooking Fantasia Gardens with soft drinks served all day. The Castle Club pairs a Castle Club Room or Suite with the same personalised welcome, themed Tea Time treats and breakfast in the company of Disney Princess characters, served in the Castle Club Lounge and reserved for Castle Club room and suite residents; the characters present may vary.

Buffets, mirrors and a forest table

La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert is a fine-dining restaurant set in a magical forest, with signature menus crafted by chef Jean Imbert and dishes prepared daily by his resident chef and team. Diners choose between a three-course Discovery Menu and a five-course Tasting Menu, with a children's menu for ages 3 to 11; nothing is served à la carte. As of October 2026 it takes bookings for dinner only, Wednesday to Sunday from 18:30 to 21:30, and it may close on certain dates for planned events. A reservation requires neither a Disney Park ticket nor a hotel stay, and diners with a booking may use the hotel car park.

La Table de Lumière offers French fine dining in a room inspired by the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles and by Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Its fixed menu runs to a starter, main course and dessert, and guests dine alongside Disney princesses, occasionally accompanied by their princes, though the characters present may vary. Royal Banquet takes a different approach: an all-you-can-eat gourmet buffet in a grand banquet hall celebrating the history of famous royal Disney families, from seafood platters and thinly sliced grilled meats to vegan dishes and desserts. At lunch and dinner there is a chance to dine with Mickey, Minnie and their friends in regal attire, and tables can be booked up to two months ahead, or as soon as a Disney Hotel stay is confirmed.

Fleur de Lys Bar, decorated with fleur-de-lys and looking onto Fantasia Gardens, is open to all guests and serves sweet and savoury snacks throughout the day, with alcohol-free mocktails for children. The Premium Meal Plan, exclusive to Disneyland Hotel guests, includes restaurants with character dining, La Table de Lumière and Royal Banquet among them, and its vouchers sit on the MagicPass alongside park tickets and the room key. Dinner at La Forêt Secrète is not included in any Meal Plan, although vouchers can be used at face value towards part of the bill.

Clarins spa and the Crystal Pool

The Crystal Pool & Health Club, whose look is inspired by the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken in Brussels, brings together a swimming pool, a sauna, a high-end fitness suite and a space for meditation and yoga; only guests staying at the hotel can use the pool, and spa treatments do not include access to it. Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins, operated by Snow Paris, offers massages, manicures and pedicures, solo or as a duo in double treatment rooms, and anyone can book a treatment, with or without a hotel stay or park ticket. As of October 2026 it opens from 10:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday. Its signature ritual, the Royal Relaxation Signature Treatment, was created exclusively for the hotel and runs for 1 hour 45 minutes, combining a foot bath, back and leg massages and a facial.

Children's treatments are available from 6 to 16 and use kid-friendly products by Nougatine Paris. A responsible adult must make every booking for a child, and children under 13 must be accompanied throughout the appointment. Adult treatments start at 15, and a maternity treatment is offered from three months of pregnancy. An accessible treatment room serves guests with disabilities or special needs. The beauty salon offers make-up sessions with Clarins products and dry hair styling, from blow-drying to straightening and curling, though it provides no haircuts or shampoos.

Princes, greeters and royal makeovers

The theatre begins in the lobby, which has a Napoleonic and medieval aesthetic. There a Royal Greeter welcomes guests into a majestic library, and Story Keepers reveal hidden details of the setting; the Story Keepers experience runs from Thursday to Sunday and must be booked. Surprise theatrical performances are given by La Troupe Royale Disney, sometimes joined by Disney characters, and a Disney Royal Encounter can be booked for a one-to-one meeting with royal Disney characters, though those present may vary.

Royal Kids Club offers free day care filled with magical activities for children aged 4 to 11, for up to two hours a day; the service is reserved for Disneyland Hotel guests, with registration on site subject to availability. Its Magic Library experience adds interactive stories and creative workshops for children of all ages. My Royal Dream offers children a fairytale makeover with hair, make-up and a royal costume, depending on the option chosen; it is open to all guests visiting Disneyland Paris, must be booked in advance and is paid for on the day, on top of the price of the stay.

For the parks themselves, Disney VIP Tours with a dedicated VIP Guide are available, and Disney Premier Access Ultimate lets holders overtake the regular queue for some of the most popular attractions. The official Disneyland Paris app can be used to book My Royal Dream, reserve restaurant tables and schedule a Disney Royal Encounter. The Royal Collection Boutique sells Disneyland Hotel souvenirs that the hotel says are found nowhere else, celebrating the hotel's history and design, and a free safety deposit box is provided.
